Cindy is a retired Long Beach Unified School District administrator with 40 years of service. Her most recent position was Senior Director of Early Childhood and Expanded Learning. She has served in various roles including teaching, school site administration, and Director of the Child Development Centers. Cindy has been a member of LBECE for over 13 years, contributing to projects such as the LBECE Symposium and the Long Beach Early Learning Hub. Despite being retired, she advocates for the ECE community and is dedicated to supporting her colleagues and partners as they continue to provide important services to our community. She believes LBECE is a bridge, bringing together community agencies to help children and families aged 0-5 through partnership, collaboration, and collegiality.
